Is the phrase "stress less" on your list of 2024 resolutions? If so, please join us for our series of four Self-Care Sessions where we will learn about the impact of stress, how we can better manage the toll it takes on our mental and physical health, and discuss strategies for making positive changes that will stick.
These sessions will build on one another, so it's best if you can attend all four, but it is not required.
Each session will include group interaction, a copy of session material, and extra handouts to help you apply the techniques and tips we'll talk about.
Worried it's more than stress? These sessions will be led by our Social Work Intern, Alex Hill. She is available to discuss your concerns and help you connect with helping professionals or community resources, if desired.
