Is reading out loud kind of hard? Do you wish you had a fluffy buddy who would listen no matter what? APL is partnering with Prelude Assistance Dogs to offer 15-minute sessions for young readers to practice reading aloud to a therapy dog. No judgment, just cuddles.

Residency Registration Limit
Registration is open to Altoona and rural Polk County residents 4 weeks before the event. Registration will be open to the general public 3 weeks before the event.
