Do your kids like making messes? Then it's time for some Mini MESS-terpieces!
We will have stations for tiny tots where they can paint, color and more! We will have smocks and aprons available, but please dress accordingly.

Registration is open to Altoona and rural Polk County residents 4 weeks before the event. Registration will be open to the general public 3 weeks before the event.
