We are making the library into a wild and wonky chocolate factory! Make your own chocolate bar and battle it out to be the best chocolatier.

Because this program takes place after our normal hours, a signed permission form from a parent or guardian must be completed for participation. The form can be picked up at the library, or downloaded here, and can be filled out in advance or completed at drop off.

Residency Registration Limit

Registration is open to Altoona and rural Polk County residents 4 weeks before the event. Registration will be open to the general public 3 weeks before the event.
