We are getting reports of an outbreak of the undead at the library. Join us for some spooky fun in this after hours party for kids.

Because this program takes place after our normal hours, a signed permission form from a parent or guardian must be completed for participation. The form can be picked up at the library, or downloaded here, and can be filled out in advance or completed at drop off.

Registration is open to Altoona and rural Polk County residents 4 weeks before the event. Registration will be open to the general public 3 weeks before the event.
