Purpose of Meeting

Strong Towns is an organization that advocates for engagement in local issues and civic engagement such as by encouraging volunteering, meeting neighbors, improving walkability, and removing barriers to affordable housing. It is a non-partisan organization. We will be kicking off the Altoona “Strong Town Local Conversation” to explain what Strong Towns is and how people can get more involved in Altoona.
