Senior Set: Speaker

Come listen to a speaker from the community as they share their knowledge and expertise with you. Beverages and snacks will be provided.

Event Details

This month, our special guest, Lynne Melssen, the AmeriCorps Seniors Program Director from the United Way, will present "UNITED55+/AmeriCorps Seniors - Volunteering in our Community". This presentation will share about the AmeriCorps Seniors program, share unique volunteer stories, describe possible volunteer positions that are available, and discuss the benefits of being a volunteer for United Way of Central Iowa. 

Registration is preferred.
