Event Details

Come take a moment for yourself and relax at our Holiday De-Stresser. You'll visit stations offering you strategies to help you unwind during the holiday season and beyond. This includes, but is not limited to, making a sugar scrub, a relaxing guided imagery, easy yoga or stretches, and hot cocoa & cookies.

Registration is open to Altoona and rural Polk County residents 4 weeks before the event. Registration will be open to the general public 3 weeks before the event.
