We're making art that glows in the dark. Join us and explore a variety of glow in the dark mediums. We'll bring the black lights, you bring the creativity!

Ages 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Residency Registration Limit

Registration is open to Altoona and rural Polk County residents 4 weeks before the event. Registration will be open to the general public 3 weeks before the event.
