Altoona Palooza is back! Join us for the Kids Free Fun Zone - petting zoo, Elvis the Pony, bubble magic, and more! Bring your library card, or sign up for one, and be entered into prize drawings. We'll also be able to issue library cards at the event, with photo ID. If photo ID address is not your current address, bring proof of residency (like a utility bill, rental/purchase agreement, water bill).
